Hotel Villa Bonelli Fiesole, Fiesole

My stay at the hotel was fantastic. The room was very comfortable, and we were able to change to Room 23 which completely transformed our holiday with its great view over the valley. Breakfast was included, which was a nice bonus. The service was top-notch, accommodating, friendly, and attentive. The location was ideal for exploring Fiesole and visiting Florence, with many restaurants within a 5-minute walk. The dining experience was okay, with basic continental options. Overall, a great value for money stay.

The hotel is perched on a hill with a wonderful view, although accessed via a sharp, narrow turn. The rooms were immaculate and flawlessly clean, boasting a stunning view over the valley. The service was a mix of experiences, with one case of rudeness but overall charming and helpful staff. The location, while tricky to access and with expensive parking, offers marvelous views and is close to Fiesole's main piazza. The dining was satisfactory with a good selection of Italian food, though basic. Overall, a clean and comfortable stay with some service ups and downs.

The breakfast selection could have been better, but overall, the hotel is good, spacious, clean, and located at the back. The service was wonderful, very helpful, and nothing was a problem at all. The staff even went out of their way to get me a parking spot and suggested an excellent restaurant for dinner. The location was excellent, surrounded by stunning walks and views, perfect for exploring Florence and Tuscany. The dining experience was decent with a good variety of options. I had a pleasant time enjoying the facilities of the hotel.
